UTAG-UPSA is a vibrant branch of the University Teachers Association of Ghana, uniting academic staff dedicated to excellence in teaching, research, and community service. We serve as a strong voice for UPSA lecturers, promoting their welfare, professional growth, and academic freedom.

Mission

To protect the welfare and professional interests of UPSA Lecturers while fostering excellence in teaching, research, and service. UTAG–UPSA strives to uphold academic freedom, integrity, and unity among members as we contribute to the advancement of higher education and national development.

To be a dynamic and respected association that champions the cause of university lecturers, inspires academic excellence, and influences educational policy for the betterment of Ghana.
